Macys.com – It’s a “Make me do it again sale”

It’s annoying when a website makes you do something again that you only expect to do once.  Try not to cringe as you watch it happen to this shopper at Macys.com.  It’s a classic example of how user testing can make quick work of finding usablity issues.
