What frustrated you the most about this site?

• I was frustrated most by my inability to verify printer cartridge compatibility. I wanted to be able to search for a cartridge by printer model number.

If you had a magic wand, how would you improve this site?

• I would add a comparison feature.  When I was trying to find an appropriate camera, it was hard to tell the differences between them. I would like to be able to choose a few to compare and see a chart showing their features and functions.
• I also would like to see the prices of products more quickly. Having to create an account to see the price of a TV was too time consuming.

What did you like about the site?

• I liked being able to search by brand. I found it very helpful to quickly browse the products I was interested in.
• I liked the wide variety of products available and the low prices. Walmart.com had a larger selection than most other online stores.
• All the products I viewed had a large number of customer ratings.  Since I often based my purchases on ratings, I’ll probably go to Amazon and Walmart in the future to review ratings and prices.

How likely are you to recommend this site to a friend or colleague (0=Not at all likely, and 10=Very Likely)?

• 8 – Walmart has a large selection of products, many reviews, and good products. The reason it’s not a 10 is because of the three problems I mentioned above.
