We’re pleased to announce UserTesting OneWorld, a new program which helps select nonprofits and charitable organizations create better user experiences, increase their donor and volunteer engagement online, and advance their missions.

Organizations participating in the program receive free or discounted subscriptions to UserTesting’s user research platform and access to pro bono research projects.

What the organizations are saying

So far, five organizations are participating, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

Code for America

“UserTesting helped Code for America understand how people navigate our website. By listening to their experiences, we were better able to articulate what our users need in order to complete a task. One of Code for America’s practices is to start any project, no matter the size, with user needs. UserTesting made it easy to start with the needs of our users. Thank you, UserTesting, for helping Code for America collect actionable feedback from people who believe in government for the people, by the people in the 21st century.”

– Chi Offomah, Development Coordinator

North Shore Animal League America

“North Shore Animal League America is in the midst of a web redesign project. We are currently in the data gathering and needs assessment phase. UserTesting has been instrumental in supplementing that process. We ran a test on the current site to see if our assumptions about the site were valid. Not only were we able to validate those assumptions, we were also presented with new information that was not previously on our radar. All of the data collected will help inform and shape the design and structure of the new site.”

– Carol Marchesano, Director of Digital Marketing

New Story

“If you aren’t user testing, you aren’t learning. And if you aren’t learning you aren’t improving. It’s as simple as that. The value UserTesting can bring is more than specific improvements on copy or buttons, the true value is a better user experience. And with better user experience comes growth via word of mouth. We can’t wait to use UserTesting even more.”

– Matthew Marshall, Co-founder
