The minimum purchase is 10 sessions for 1 test. You can buy up to 50 sessions at once based on your needs. For remote, think-out-loud tests, we recommend at least 10 sessions per test for best results. For example, if you need to run 2 tests, you would purchase 20 sessions.

Each session includes first-person, video-based feedback, so you can both see and hear reactions from participants, as they respond to tasks. Video-based feedback also can help you to more deeply understand the ‘why’ behind the metrics you would typically capture in a survey.

Test results include the video feedback from sessions with participants completing each task, verbal responses, written responses, metrics and highlight reels for each task, and more to gain deeper insight into customer or user behaviors.

You'll also be able to view participants’  facial expressions and see how they react to products, apps, and messaging–providing more context, empathy, and insight than voice recording alone.

Each test includes a maximum of 10 sessions with partipants.

The UserTesting Network enables you to target D2C, B2C, and B2B participants for your tests. With advanced targeting capabilities, you can use filters, such as country, household income, industry, job role, and company size, to find your target audience.

Live interviews are not available on the Starter plan.

You can run unmoderated, self-guided, think-out-loud,  tests, to receive first-person video-based feedback. It is possible to set up the task questions like a live interview, however you will not be able to modify questions on the fly, as you would in a live interview. 

Live interviews are available with annual subscriptions.

You will have unlimited Viewer licenses to share test results with colleagues. Only single user licenses are available to build and launch tests.

Each purchase allows customers to access the platform for 30-days from sign up.

No, it is not possible to extend your access once it has expired. You buy additional sessions, you will receive platform access for another 30 days to use the sessions you have most recently purchased.  

If you have a longer term need for UserTesting and interested in an annual subscription, you can contact sales here.  

You are guaranteed access to your test results while your platform access is still active and has not expired. Once your access has expired after 30 days, you will not have access to test results, unless you have downloaded them in advance.
