Workshop: Making the business case for investment in User Experience
Farmers & Fletchers in the City, London (followed by optional networking drinks)
UX leaders are under immense pressure to prove the business impact of their work in order to get continued and then further investment. The reality is that it’s a challenge for many companies to calculate the returns from UX investments. Companies see financial rewards and efficiency gains from their UX spend, but it’s challenging to correctly attribute the yield directly to their team’s efforts.
In our Workshop on June 22nd, we’ll share practical, real-world examples and frameworks for how organisations measure the business value of their UX initiatives, as well as how to make the case for more UX investment.
You can expect to learn:
- How to construct a robust put together a business case for current or further UX insights investment, that will stand up to C-Level scrutiny
- How to connect strategic business initiatives to your team’s work
- How to use stakeholder maps to build relationships with key individuals and communicate impact and value
Who is this Workshop for?
Managers and leaders of research, design and product functions, who want to develop skills and techniques to make the case for UX investment - be that now, or in the future, or when budget planning discussions take place.
