Pulse Report: Tech, Q1 2025

The new year revealed some important trends in customer issues that matter deeply to the tech industry. In some cases, such as adoption of AI and attitudes toward it, we’re seeing a strong continuation of the trends we saw late in 2024. In some other cases, including online security and work-at-home, we may be seeing the beginning of a shift. Many of these trends also vary according to the age of the users. They’re all important trends for tech companies to track and incorporate in their planning.
