We're in the business of helping website managers answer one question: "WHY are people leaving my website without buying?" We do that by recording 'think-aloud' video of people using websites, so you can quickly see why they get stuck and frustrated. In the last 4+ years in business, we've become part of the website improvement process for companies like Google, Amazon, Facebook, Walmart, Groupon, and Twitter (see a list of great customers here ). These customers want help processing the insights they get from our service, so we offer an enterprise plan to support them. We’d like a smart, fun, hardworking sales person to join our team to help our clients get the most from their usability studies!
Job Description
Enterprise Sales Reps are responsible for showcasing our product and working with customers to highlight the benefits of frequent user testing. The position requires managing all phases of the sales cycle to drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- All phases of the sales cycle from identification to close
- Demonstrate enterprise product to clients
- Manage leads and produce standard sales reports
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3-5 years of experience selling B2B SaaS products
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sales record

Job Description
We need a passionate marketer who understands the needs of website owners, and who wants to tell the world about UserTesting.com! We've experimented with marketing through many different channels and we'll have lots of experience to share with you - we'll be asking you to continue initiatives that have worked, develop new marketing strategies, and report the results clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new customers to UserTesting.com
- Maintain connection with existing customers
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Continually optimize PPC campaigns
- Monitor and update social media channels
- Represent UserTesting.com at conferences and events
- Other 'secret sauce', that we'll share with you when you join the team
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior B2B marketing role
- Strong team leadership skills
- Knowledge of email campaign, Google Analytics, affiliate marketing, and social media tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to join a team with an established brand, and develop new initiatives that are consistent with that brand
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of Eloqua or Marketo

Senior Ruby on Rails Developer
Job Description
We have some really exciting new ideas that need to be implemented and integrated into our system. We need someone who will work with our existing team of developers to add new features and optimize our code and database to improve scalability. Systems that we’ll likely improve in the coming months are our website tools, back-end user tester network systems, video playback system, and mobile device recording capabilities.
You at least have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years web-based software development
- 3-5 years Ruby on Rails experience
- 2-3 years making architecture-level decisions
- Thorough understanding of HTML / JavaScript / Ajax / XML technologies
- You sometimes rewrite code to sleep better at night, but also
- You sometimes hack together code in record-time to test out an idea or concept
- Usually, you write clean, self-documenting and easy-to-maintain code
Our ideal candidate also has:
- BS in Computer Science
- Agile / Scrum development environment experience
- LAMP experience
- SQL experience
- HTML5 development experience

We'd like a smart, fun, hardworking Sr. Mobile Developer to join our team to help us develop and lead our mobile offerings.
About You
You enjoy building cutting edge technology that’s scalable, maintainable, and can iterate quickly. You prefer a small-team, collaborative working environment. You build things that end users will find useful, and you think usability is an important part of a successful product.
Responsibilities:
- Build within the framework of our existing platform
- Lead all technical aspects of our mobile initiatives
- Explore various options for mobile testing implementation
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge iPhone and/or Android development kits
- 4+ Years of engineering experience with C/C++, Python, PHP or other commonly used web development technologies

User Tester
Job Description
Do usability testing of websites and earn $10 per website.
How It Works
- Website owners ask for users to test their site. Whenever your demographic profile matches their target audience, you’re given the opportunity to test their website.
- You use our software to record a video of what’s happening on your screen – mouse movements, clicks, and keystrokes – and your spoken comments while you use the website you’re testing (videos are typically 15 minutes long). You’ll need a PC or Mac (Mac OS X 10.5 or higher) and a fast Internet connection.
- You answer four questions about your experience.
- You’ll earn $10 (paid with PayPal).
