In organizations with small research teams or UX teams of one, the capacity for adequate user research can be challenging. Managing requests and design needs from multiple teams can often compromise consistent user outreach. Scaling efforts with limited time and resources is an act of creativity within itself, but not impossible.

In this webinar, we are joined by Linda Brown, UX Manager at Learning.com, and we’ll dive into some of the ways Linda has scaled up research as a UX team-of-one to help broaden the reach with user-centered practices and user-centered design. She’ll share some of the tips and tricks that have worked along the way to help transform Learning.com to a research-focused organization.

Topics will include:

  • How to make consistent incremental shifts within teams to embrace user research
  • Creative ways to help broaden research efforts when resources are limited
  • Practical tips and tricks for leveraging the UserTesting platform to help foster and evangelize the ROI of design at all levels within the organization
  • Scaling consistently by leveraging templates, processes, and cross-training
