Chief Executive Officer
Andy brings 20 years of enterprise SaaS experience to UserTesting. As a former product executive at Oracle and Salesforce, he saw the critical role that customer-centricity plays in creating great experiences. By helping companies become more customer-centric, he has grown multiple enterprise SaaS businesses to hundreds of millions of dollars.
Chief Marketing Officer
Michelle Huff brings over 20 years of experience leading marketing and go-to-market strategies at high tech companies, such as Act-On Software, Salesforce, and Oracle. Gaining insights directly from customers and prospects has always been essential in her past roles—from leading product marketing and management teams to launching websites and marketing campaigns. At UserTesting, she’s responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, building the UserTesting brand, generating demand, and strengthening customer engagement and advocacy.
Chief Financial Officer
Gregg Hampton has served as CFO at UserZoom (merged with UserTesting), Apttus, Actian and Blue Coat Systems. He brings extensive experience with enterprise organizations and rapid growth technology companies to UserZoom’s executive leadership team. His broad financial experience includes nearly three decades of strategic and operational roles. As CFO, Gregg will provide financial leadership and strategic direction as UserZoom helps businesses to get the insights they need to deliver better digital experiences. Gregg holds a BSC in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
Chief Product Officer
Michelle is a seasoned veteran of the startup and technology space with more than 20 years of experience building products and go-to-market strategy at JP Morgan, iContact, ChannelAdvisor and MaxPoint (acquired by Vericast). She holds a BA in Economics and International Relations with a minor in Japanese from Bucknell University and an MA in Economics from New York University. Michelle’s team at UserTesting spans product management, design, and UX research.
Kaj van de Loo
Chief Technology Officer
Kaj has more than 20 years experience in enterprise software at companies both large and small including SAP and Oracle. He is passionate about applying innovative technology to improve customer experience. As CTO of UserTesting, Kaj is responsible for the research, design, development, and operations of the UserTesting platform.
Chief People Officer
Adelle brings over 20 years of experience leading global People teams in the high-tech industry. Adelle has a proven record of building highly optimized teams that create transformational services and solutions aligning the people strategy to the business strategy. Prior to UserTesting, Adelle held roles as a consultant with Mercer Human Resource Consulting and global leadership roles with Intermec Technologies and Dell Technologies. Adelle is responsible for defining and activating strategies for: People, IDEB (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Belonging) and Culture.
Chief Revenue Officer
Bruce brings over 25 years of sales leadership in enterprise software to his role as Chief Revenue Officer of UserTesting. Prior to UserTesting he held sales leadership positions at ServiceMax, CastLight Health, SAP SuccessFactors, NICE Systems, Unitime Systems and Computerprep. Bruce holds a BS in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Chief Customer Officer
Matt has more than 20 years of experience helping companies drive value from their technology solutions. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of AppZen, and prior to that he was Chief Customer Officer of Act-On. He has also held leadership roles at global technology companies including Salesforce and Oracle. He is passionate about helping companies and their customers achieve business success and is laser-focused on that for UserTesting customers.
Chief Audiences Officer
Marco has over 25 years of software and services leadership experience. Prior to UserTesting and UserZoom, he held executive positions at Accenture, Kana Software, Mercury Interactive, and MC Consulting. Marco started his career in usability and UX at Bell Northern Research and Accenture. He’s passionate about evangelizing the voice of the customer, helping organizations understand customer needs by connecting them with the right audiences, and empowering brands to build experiences that positively impact the people who use them. As Chief Audiences Officer, Marco is responsible for setting the strategy for UserTesting’s Audience Solutions, delivering participant sourcing services, and managing operations and growth of our audience and panel networks worldwide.
