We hear the word “million” a lot. So much so, that it’s sometimes hard to remember “a million” is a pretty impressive number. It also happens to represent the dedication our customers have to creating great experiences. We’re honored to announce that we’ve officially broken a record:
UserTesting customers have logged over one million user research videos to date and counting.
That’s a lot. To give you some context, that’s 15 million minutes of real users sharing their thoughts aloud, hundreds of thousands of insights gained, and tens of thousands of better experiences. While this is no doubt a remarkable achievement, what we’re really excited about is the movement that user research is inspiring. Jake Sorofman from Gartner notes that customer experience is what will differentiate the companies that succeed from those that don’t. Darrell Benatar, our CEO, added,
