Introducing UserTesting OneWorld: User Research for Charitable Organizations

We're pleased to announce UserTesting OneWorld, a new program which helps select nonprofits and charitable organizations create better user experiences, increase their donor and volunteer engagement online, and advance their missions. Organizations participating in the program receive free or discounted subscriptions to UserTesting’s user research platform and access to pro bono research projects.

So far, five organizations are participating, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

Code for America
