Make every day the Sweetest Day with human insights

If you thought Valentine’s Day was the only day each year to shower your sweetheart with affection you might be surprised to know there’s another day to celebrate your love! If you’ve never heard of Sweetest Day, we’re happy to tell you all about it! The holiday was started in 1921 by a group of confectioners in Chicago to distribute sweet treats to the less fortunate in their community, like newsboys, orphans, the elderly, and the poor. Over the years its quietly grown into another—much needed, if you ask a sweet tooth—excuse to share and indulge your affection with the ones you love. Next to sugary delights, there’s nothing sweeter than serving up a great experience for your customers. Recently, two UserTesting customers helped show their customers the love in anticipation of this upcoming Sweetest Day by quickly gathering human insights to help shape a great experience from start to finish. Patty Gormley, Interim Head of eCommerce at Godiva, noted:
