Leveraging UserTesting's Premier Support has allowed our team to scale and help designers and other stakeholders run their own tests. We do that with guardrails so we can ensure that everything they test aligns with our standards.

Power Sessions
Premier Support customers receive unlimited access to Power Sessions, which are 30-minute online meetings with our research and product experts for 1:1 guidance on your testing.

Priority access
Premier Support customers receive priority access to our support team. Customers can talk or chat with technical support specialists 24 hours a day, five days a week. Emails sent during support hours are guaranteed a one-hour first-response time.
