By completing the form you’re signing up to receive emails inviting you to take part in UserTesting user experience research studies. You’ll be helping us improve both existing features, and features we may develop in the future. More importantly, you will be contributing to the value that UserTesting products bring to you.

Our research needs are wide-ranging, and we want to make sure our products work for everyone. We believe that diversity of thought and experience helps create better products and services that are useful to our customers around the world. That's why we strive to meet with and gather feedback from people of different backgrounds and perspectives.

If you use any UserTesting products, including UserTesting, UserZoom, EnjoyHQ, Testapic, or UserZoom GO, we’d love to hear from you. We’re also interested in gathering feedback from people who work in user experience, research, customer experience, product experience, brand experience, digital experience, or marketing roles.

No, we conduct research with users all over the world. We cover a wide range of time zones for interview availability. Most of the time, we ask that you speak and write in English, however, for some studies, we may be able to accommodate other languages.

We can't guarantee that you'll be selected for one of our studies. However, the information you supply in the sign-up survey will give us a better understanding of the types of research projects that would best suit you. Typically, we'll contact you via email to gauge your interest in a particular study.

For some studies we may send you an optional thank you gift. It varies between research projects but this will be made clear in the email invitation and it is completely optional to accept the thank you gift.

The types of research we conduct vary but could include one-on-one interviews with a UserTesting product researcher, scheduled at a time that works best for you, or studies you complete on your own time like surveys or think-out-loud usability tests. The email invite will explain what is involved and the time commitment needed to help you decide on whether you'd like to take part.
