Naroa Ruiz de Eguilaz

Naroa is a consultant with over 10 years of experience in the fields of User Research and UX Design. She began her journey in Industrial Design and pursued her Master’s degree in Denmark, where she developed a strong interest in human-centred approaches. It was there that she conducted her first hands-on studies with real users, using product mock-ups to explore early design concepts.

Her career transitioned into the digital space, where she worked as a UX Designer for several companies. During this time, she self-trained in research methodologies and gradually took on a leading role in testing and validating products within her UXD teams. This path naturally led her into specialised research roles within consulting environments.

Today, Naroa leads a team of research consultants across EMEA. She focuses on helping organisations develop their research practices and believes that a deep and accurate understanding of customers is essential to providing effective consulting.
