Participating in a UserTesting Study
1. Operating System (OS)
The following OS are supported:
- Microsoft 98 / 2000 / XP / Vista / W7
- MacOS X 10.4 and higher only
- Linux (Tested on Ubuntu 10.04 or higher)
- iOS 4.2 or higher (it may vary depending on the study type)
- Android 1.6 or higher (it may vary depending on the study type)
2. Browsers
All browsers must have JavaScript & Cookies enabled.

3. Internet Connection
Internet connection is required.
Despite the fact that UserZoom meets these requirements, different participants may have many different PC configurations. Therefore, UserZoom Manager cannot guarantee that every single participant invited may participate in a project. However, UserZoom’s teams continuously strive to improve the technology in order to collect data from as many participants as possible.

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 8+, with the latest hot fixed applied.
- Mozilla Firefox - All versions
- Google Chrome - All versions
- Safari – All versions (Except Heatmap)
Your browser must have:
- JavaScript enabled
- SSL v3 with 128-bit encryption available.
- Flash player
For Heatmaps, you must install an activeX (IE) or Extension (Firefox & Chrome).
The minimum browser resolution supported is 1280×800.
