SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – November 17, 2022 – UserTesting (NYSE: USER), a leader in video-based human insight, today announced the appointment of Michelle Engle as the company’s Chief Product Officer. Most recently she held the position of Chief Product Officer at Vericast, which she joined through their acquisition of Valassis, a digital marketing platform. At Valassis, she held various roles including SVP of Products, SVP Products and Marketing, and Chief Marketing Officer.
Michelle is a seasoned veteran of the startup and technology space with more than 20 years of experience building products and go-to-market strategy at JP Morgan, iContact, ChannelAdvisor and MaxPoint (acquired by Vericast).
Michelle holds a BA in Economics and International Relations with a minor in Japanese from Bucknell University and an MA in Economics from New York University.
Michelle’s leadership at UserTesting will span product management, design and UX research. Leading a movement for empathy, the UserTesting product management and product design organization is responsible for bringing to life the needs of UX researchers, product designers, product managers, marketers, and executives by developing innovative and effective solutions that empower them to put the voice of their customers at the center of their business and product decisions.
