I recently completed my first paid test through UserTesting, which involved sharing my screen and voice. I successfully finished the task and stopped the recording. However, when I later checked my test history on the platform, there was no record of the test I had completed. I reached out to their support team for assistance, but unfortunately, I never received any response. After returning to the UserTesting app to check for any updates, I still didn't receive any communication or resolution. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed with the lack of support and transparency. [UPDATE- "prompt response from the team made me to change my review from 1 star to 3 Star.If my issue is resolved completely i'll come back for a 5star"
