Usertesting is a good way to make some extra money, it's fun and each job pays quite well. Recording and going through the tasks as instructed is easy to get into. (It does get old that the same instructions are shown before setting up to record, but I guess it could be useful if one comes back to the site and has forgotten stuff, and it only takes a second to click away anyway) I've only qualified for three tests so far but it could be because of my location, and I've received payment right on time for each one. It's good how as a new user you do a sort of testing-test to try it out and learn how it works. The site also gives feedback after the first "real" test which is good (though I wonder if some was copy-and-paste feedback everyone gets, because I had stuff about reading each task aloud and such, which I definitely did). On the negative side, most available tasks that pop up say they require the app, which I don't have. Showing me tasks I can't take seems silly, or rather as a way to try and make me download the app, which just makes it more likely I will -not- do that. If it just said I might get more opportunities with the app, then I'd likely consider it. And maybe there really are a lot more tasks for mobile, but the difference between these "offers" and the web ones seem high enough that I feel like they're probably more bait than anything. Also, the amount of 5 star reviews on here written by people who have only ever written that one review seems a bit suspicious.
