Had an issue with the email on my account (accidentally mistyped my email). Was unable to correct my email and due to that was unable to reset my password. Them completely lost access to my account. Reached out to support & no response. Wanted to ask the support to delete my original account with the wrong email as soon as they get back to me. They banned me even! Appealed their decision with all the proof, they refused to change it not taking into consideration 7 years of testing without any violation! Ridiculous as I'm not a type of person who would ever violate anything. Very unethical!
