I have been a member of UserTesting since 2016 and I cannot recommend a website/testing service more! Many people have the misconception about UserTesting that it is a waste of time, that you won't receive tests, and some even go as far as saying it is a scam, but nothing could be further from the truth. UserTesting is an excellent way to make some extra spending money and gives you the opportunity to provide websites and brands with your own unfiltered opinions and genuine feedback. It is such a fun way to contribute and help make clients feel better about their product or website and make a difference with your feedback. You should not expect to make thousands of dollars with UserTesting as it is not a full-time job, but I always have it open in the background when I'm on my laptop and opportunities come up to take tests daily, sometimes too many for me to handle! You do have to qualify for each test so that you can be sure you are able to give the brand/clients the best feedback for their targeted clientele, but as long as you keep trying there is no shortage of opportunities to test. UserTesting has always provided excellent feedback and help when there has been a technical problem with a test, and they have always paid on time after taking tests as well, down to the second!
