UserTesting and User Interviews named leaders in G2's Summer 2026 user research report

Choosing the right user research platform can feel overwhelming, especially with dozens of tools claiming to help teams "understand their users better." That's why G2's Enterprise Grid® Report for User Research is such a valuable resource: it's built entirely on verified reviews from real software buyers and users, not vendor marketing claims.
In the newly released Summer 2026 report, two platforms stood out from the pack and earned a spot in the coveted Leader quadrant: UserTesting and User Interviews.
What it means to be a leader
G2's Grid places products into four categories—Leaders, High Performers, Contenders, and Niche—based on two factors: customer satisfaction and market presence. Leaders are the products that score well on both fronts, meaning users love the product and the company has significant traction and scale in the market.
Landing in the Leader quadrant isn't easy. Products need a minimum of 10 verified reviews to even qualify for the Grid, and satisfaction scores are calculated using a detailed algorithm that weighs categories like ease of use, quality of support, ease of setup, and likelihood to recommend.
