Amazon Seller Central Receives Illumi Award for Outstanding Enterprise Success Story

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – November 29, 2022 – UserTesting (NYSE: USER), a leader in video-based human insight, today announced that Amazon Seller Central was an illumi Award winner for the Outstanding Enterprise Success Story. The award was presented during UserTesting’s customer conference, The Human Insight Summit, last month in New Orleans. The award is given to a large enterprise that can show how they’ve leveraged human insight to do things better, differently, or more effectively as a result. Amazon Seller Central chose the UserTesting® Human Insight Platform to learn what their sellers were looking to improve in the selling experience. Through the usage of the platform, Amazon was able to quickly make changes and updates to ensure sellers understood and maximized all the features offered in Amazon Seller Central.

“Quantitative research can only get at the ‘what.’ UserTesting really helps us understand the ‘why’ very quickly,” said Ann Hsieh, Head of Research, Principal at Amazon. “That helps us make Seller Central profitable for sellers as well as enjoyable for buyers.”

“With millions of businesses operating stores on Amazon’s Seller Central, it’s critical to quickly get insights from sellers,” said Andy MacMillan, CEO of UserTesting. “Human insight captured by using the UserTesting platform gave Amazon the ability to make rapid design iterations and improve the overall seller experience.
