Just started with User Testing. This is very simply laid out, easy to read, very informative, concise and the instructions are easy to follow, they will breakdown on how payments work or on troubleshooting if there is to be an error. Customer service is top notch as they will provide an immediate response via chat and have clear information on their FAQs and have pictures to help guide you to get started so you have a better visual of how to go about it. As a beginner I feel more positive to give this a go! So far so good will soon give an update.
