Usertesting used to be a great platform where one could make some serious income and help build better products at the same time by helping give our honest feedback. They used to have great and prompt customer care support with decent enough response times and with really good and helpful replies to our queries. Since 1 year, things have gone so badly. For one, they have drastically cut short the payout for certain countries, which seems grossly unfair. For example, their average payout used to be 10$ and now they are only paying 5$, 15$ instead of 30$ so on and so forth. Moreover, their customer care is really bad these days. They don't reply for days and there have been instances where there haven't been any replies at all! There are also several bugs with their screen recorders, apps, etc. When ever I have reported those bugs, all they do is either send a template reply or just ignore it altogether. I hope they see this review and take it in a constructive way and at least reinstate the payment to its fullest for all regions. edit- see how they have replied to this review. Again with a template reply. I was referring to the fact that they are paying half to users from certain countries for the same task. So if I'm from India I would be shown a task with 5$ payout whereas if the same task is accessed from other country, they will be shown it as a 10$ work!
