I've been trying to resolve a missing $60 payment for over a month and have received zero response from IntelliZoom/UsertTesting support. I've submitted multiple tickets, including: Ticket #1053666 Ticket #1056774 Ticket #1063852 Ticket #1066999 (latest) The payment for a study was sent to the wrong PayPal account. The payment was returned to IntelliZoom/UserTesting, yet no one has responded to help reissue it to the correct PayPal email (the same one that has successfully received all my past payments). I’ve now sent 7 emails, reached out through the chatbot and support form, and have tried contacting both IntelliZoom and UserTesting — still no resolution. This has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve participated in many studies and always completed them properly. This level of support is unacceptable, especially when money is involved. If someone from the company sees this, please escalate this issue. I just want the payment I earned.
