Overall, it's a nice little way of supplementing your income. I've taken 30+ tests so far, on averaging completing 2 a week at $10 each. I've also taken part in live tests which are very good but are few and far between. The only issue I have is the disconnect between myself, User Testing and their customers. I was marked down for one test which did not display the information I needed due to an error, I made them aware of this and yet I've had my overall score impacted due to this. User Testing could do better but I feel they're making too much off of my hard work to care, sadly.
