I love to give feedback and reviews on UserTesting. Yet, for some reasons, sometimes I am not able to get the test going. Not sure it is on my end of this or where this is coming from. I wrote a few times to UserTesting when that happened. Otherwise and besides this small issue, I am very satisfied how it works, how my feedback has eventually an impact on the tested product and or company and to be compensated is great as well. One thing which I also noticed is. usertesting advertises to be paid in US funds. I am from Canada and I do not get paid in US funds. Just in Canadian Dollar which is slightly less. To be exact 28% less at the moment. That's a bummer, especially when it clearly indicates to be paid in US Dollar.
