This platform is very easy to use. It also has many different types of tests and questions.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and has lots of types of test and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they can enable me to conduct the focus group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set up the moderated and unmoderated tests with users on this platform. For the unmoderated test, the format is very smart and can lots of my time.

For a User testing platform - user experience is pretty poor
I get that they are on the side of the customer who pays, but experience for those who do the tests could be better.
1. Make a profile screener for testers - so you can filter tests that apply to them. Why am I getting tests that specify me having kids of certain age when I told you I have none? Do better!
2. Train customers to write short descriptions of what they need (i.e. looking for people who play computer games) - then do a screener to weed out the ones you don't want.
I get where you are going with not doing that - you may encourage lying but by doing multiple screeners I am not even remotely qualified for you are training me to think two things:
a) that your site is crap and not fit for purpose and I will never get to actually do any testing
b) That my time is not worth anything - because the time I am wasting on poor screeners is not being paid for but it adds up.
Having this system will only encourage the savviest people, those who can persevere with your system and get around it by lying, to stick with it, which lowers the quality of your participants.
And I didn't even experience other problems... but I already think your site is really bad.

My dashboard would fill up with pages…
My dashboard would fill up with pages of surveys and as soon as I start taking the pre qualify survey and within the second or third question that is asked, I would get a neon pink message saying that the session expired, time and time again so I would qualify and thinking that I would be getting ready to start the test and get that message, they basically only duplicates each one would be the exact same test, so it turned out that I deleted my profile

Don't bother
I've been a member of this site for a couple of days and I'm already incredibly frustrated. I've so far been sent 5 screeners, none of which I've qualified for. So yeah, you can earn $10 per review but whether or not you actually qualify for one is a completely different story. I'll give it a week and if it doesn't improve, I'm deleting my account.

I love doing the tests with Usertesting…
I love doing the tests with Usertesting (when I actually land well-matching surveys). Sometimes, I have had to disqualify myself because I feel the tests are TOO long (40 to 60 tasks and questions?), or the customer wants 30 minutes of your time without an offer of extra payment, or they want you to pull up your web camera AFTER you accepted the tests (I wish Usertesting would weed these out or collaborate with customer about productive ways of publishing these tests).
My major problem is with the efficiency of the computer web-based dashboards. It is abysmally slow and when I try for tests,m because it loads so poorly, the tests become suddenly unavailable. This makes me believe that even though my score is EXTREMELY high, I'm still offered tests behind other testers for some reason, because why would tests disappear so quickly when the dashboard seems to load slowly? Is this a way to throttle the loading of certain users in favor of others?
I also believe that some of the companies with poorly-designed sites who don't want criticism should not have weeks on end to decide to give a rating and any retaliatory ratings should be investigated and discarded, and that includes three-star tests.
Edit: this is a follow up. The dashboard works MUCH BETTER. They redesigned it for easier client use, although it needs some work, it loads well. The reason why I haven't change the star rating is because getting a hold of customer service is impossible. When this improves, I will increase the star rating.

The positive "reviews" are from overseas and generic
I can't help but notice the positive "reviews" seem to be from overseas and are ludicrously upbeat and generic.
1. You will rarely qualify for over 90% of the screeners. And with each one of them you have just given them free research.
2. In six weeks I qualified four times out of 40. Do the math. This means you earn not "$10" but one tenth of that.
3. Two of them were live interviews. Two were not. The last two mysteriously disappeared. They claim no record, thus I was never paid.
3. The other two were both live interviews, I'm still waiting to be paid for them a month later.
4. There is no technical support, just automated answers. They say to expect a wait time of FOUR WEEKS. It's already been longer than that.
5. They do seem to put some effort into putting out fake reviews on review sites.
Wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my time.

Really annoying
Really annoying. They let you buy 15 sessions then the whole thing stops working for days until an account manager contacts you to 'discuss' options. This is more like applying for a mortgage than buying an online service and has cost us days of not being able to use the service. For a user experience company, they're clearly not a company that considers the experience for its paying customers.

Great website which does pay out
A great website for making a bit of extra cash. I was accepted for my first test on April 4th, by April 15th I had completed 9 tests = $90. Yes, there are many screeners you don’t qualify for but these often tell you you didn’t qualify after just one question, so as not to waste much of your time. Would really recommend for making a bit of easy money!
