I firmly believe this site is a scam. I tested it out for a week and did not make a single dime. About everything they ask you to do is an absolute internet No No form a security stand point. They ask you to turn off safety services and install trojan screen recording apps. Then they ask you a plethora of personal questions about yourself to build a profile on you that is so complete they could literally pretend to be you. For every test you are qualified for, you have to answer two to three hundred personal questions about yourself. Every test I actually complete required some form of allowing them to expose me to a security risk such as, Screen recording or Face recording. Every test I complete was disqualified because of a CLAIMED "Error", so I never got paid. The bottom line is that UserTesting is about harvesting information about YOU. It is not about you testing websites and apps and offering feedback. The only feedback they are interested in is YOUR personal and private information. Don't be surprised that if after you start using UserTesting, your accounts start getting hacked using your login credentials.
