I've been on it for over a month now, and so far, I've made a whopping $20. And I actually haven't received it yet, just shows that my account has $20 that has never actually been transferred like they say it will. Usertesting is definitely not worth the time, and you'll make far less than $10 for 20 minutes of work. I thought that I would just do a test a day and make a few extra bucks for the holidays. In actuality, it takes several hours to get approved for any test. I found that I first got disqualified due to their vague demographic information for almost every test. It probably takes me getting disqualified from 40 tests to get approved for one. And if I did get approved, then I would have to get their add-on and user interface to work--both are terrible. I was having to unistall and reinstall the add-on multiple times, as it would constantly say that it didn't recognize my microphone. And some of the tests that I did complete and submit never got a response, so no pay. My other concern is that it appears usertesting is more about gathering and selling very personal information. That is probably where they make their money. I had tests that asked where I banked, my net worth, my income, where my investments are held, asking for facial recognition, wanting control of my computer--all of these tests I declined because they felt far to scammy. And they will ask every single piece of demographic information about the tester. Overall, complete waste of time for the little amount of money that can be made. I probably put 30 hours into making $20, if I ever even get the $20.
