I have been a UserTesting customer for about 7-9 months now and I absolutely love it! I leave my personal computer on the website and wait for the ding. I take a quick accessibility test to determine if I meet the qualifications needed for the test and it tells me no I do not meet the qualifications or yes and I can accept the test for $10 per test, they usually take between 15-30 minutes to complete. You can also qualify for $30/30 minute, $60/60 minute, $100/90 minute tests too, via zoom meetings with their client. Those are very fun as well. Customer Service is quick to respond to your issues and they are always friendly. I have had a truly great experience with UserTesting and I recommend them to all my friends and family whenever possible. My only complaint would be that they don't have a referral code for all the people that I have referred. =)
