I've generally had a good experience with UserTesting. The tests I've completed have been paid on time and without issue. I've had a couple of tests where technical issues have occurred and the first response from customer service is generally an AI automated email that doesn't necessarily fix your issue..but then you have the opportunity to reply and an actual person gets back to you but this process does take a couple of days. All in all for making some quick easy money, it does the job pretty well. Tip: Do screener surveys as soon as they appear on the dashboard, they get filled up quickly.
