I was having trouble with the mobile app, so I hopped on my computer to seek assistance. The bot was persistent in trying to solve my issue but ultimately was unable to help. I was glad the automated bot finally sent my message to the support team. It was a little disappointing that my troubles with the mobile app were not addressed in the FAQs because my problem could possibly be an easy fix on my end. It would have been nice if the bot had sent my question to the support team sooner, but overall it was helpful. I look forward to hearing from the support team soon and getting this issue resolved.
