Literally unusable app and website. I tried signing up for the first time a few weeks ago and could not connect my paypal because it kept saying that it was already in use. Support was very unhelpful, kept insisting that I had already tried the app before but there’s literally no record showing that I had an account with them under my email. Even sent a password reset to the email they insisted I had an account under, which nothing happened because I had no account under that email. They said that my PayPal is already linked but a check on the payment setup shows that it isn’t. My PayPal can’t possibly be in use with anyone else when it’s set to be only able to login via 2fa with my phone. Getting on this website is basically a luck of the draw. You’d better hope you don’t get this error because if you do you can basically go smash your own head into a wall since they refuse to fix it and will tell you it’s your fault. Why can’t they just admit they don’t know how to fix the error? Its ridiculous!
