I have enjoyed the journey of being a UserTesting member. The one piece of advice I could give is to be serious and only participate in studies that match your background. I make a point of only accepting studies that match exactly with my experience. Computer skills are a must and the ability to express yourself clearly is a key. Articulate clearly and genuinely put a good effort in every time. Rushing through or lying are not permitted. Be professional and UserTesting will work well.
