Simply the best UserTesting site! An excellent way to build up a holiday fund or spending money for weekends away. Really interesting tests that normally take 10-15 minutes to complete with a reward of ca £7.50 given in return, paid into your PayPal account exactly 2 weeks later. Once established on the platform there is also the opportunity to take part in more in depth 30-60 minute interviews, easy to conduct via the platform and with a much higher payout. The odd time when I’ve had an issue it’s been rectified virtually immediately; customer services are super friendly and helpful. Tests can be taken both on the mobile and your desktop/laptop, but typically only one or the other for each test, so it’s worth keeping both sites open as tests disappear quickly. Onboarding is quick and then it’s just a case of getting on with it! It’s really nice knowing that one’s input will make a difference in making products and websites more user friendly!
