Works fine until you need to contact their non-responding support for something that was their fault. Scheduled a live meeting only for the calendar link not to work, connected manually with the client, we mutually canceled the meeting because usertesting said I wasn't there on their end (The client told me). Usertesting gave me a 1 star no-show review and won't respond to my support requests to address this. It's easily verifiable from their own messaging center, but they're too lazy to verify or respond. They had better, more responsive, support in the past. But not now. Be careful if you want someone to back you up and not get shortchanged for your time.
