A brilliant website for those who want to earn some cash on the side. I have been using UserTesting now for around 7 months and have never had any issues. I have been fortunate and not had to contact support but hear they can be slow, I think this is probably due to a high volume of people using the site. Overall it's easy to use and functions well, you won't always be applicable to every test so it's important to bare that in mind, you aren't going to become an overnight millionaire with this site but the potential to earn a bit of side cash is good. I made a total of $60 in the first 5 months of using it, mainly due to only using their app and not a PC/laptop. Since keeping my laptop on during daily activities I have made over $200, so when time allows being able to keep it on and listen out for dings whilst watching TV or doing chores is your best bet at earning relatively good money for very little work. If you like giving your opinions and enjoy testing things this is the site for you. What I will say is 7 days seems a bit of a long period of time given its 2023 to receive payment, I would expect 2-3 working days normally but 7 days isn't too long and they mean it. It hits your paypal usually within 5 minutes of the exact time 7 days ago that the test finished uploading.
