I've been a User Tester with UserTesting for 6 years now to make some extra money aside my part time job. I love being able to help businesses make their websites and apps more user friendly, which then helps in keeping their Users coming back to their sites and apps. It also helps the business/company to get any bugs out before taking their site/app live. UserTesting is a great way to make extra money in your free time. I keep my dashboard up when I'm at home and when I hear a ding, I know that there is a test I can see if I qualify for. On average testing takes anywhere from 5-30 minutes depending on what they are needing feedback on. I get paid exactly one week from the day I took a test and it goes directly into my PayPal account. Whenever I've had a technical issue with testing a site or app, I've just messaged UserTester's support team letting them know the problem and they reply back by email. In the six years I've been testing, I've definitely had at least five, I've had to message the support team about. UserTester is my top company I consistently am a Tester with because it's very easy to test with them and any issues I've had, the support team has always gotten back to me within a few days. I highly recommend UserTesting if you are looking to make some extra money and like giving your feedback in how to make sites/apps more user friendly.
