I've been a Usertesting tester for over 2 years now. While the amount of work is sometimes limited or targeted towards someone other than myself, overall the experience has been pleasant. The customers I have been engaged with during live conversations have been very productive, satisfying and professional. Being able to do these tests from home has been interesting and fun at the same time. I would say that if you decide to jump into this job, be patient. Not every job is for you, but when there is one for you, it can be satisfying to complete the tasks.
