I use usertesting.com as a tester through my company's license. As a tester, it works great 5 stars. As a respondent 1 star. Inconsiderate. I know companies employ them hence where we got money. But usertesting is useless without its users. I have 4.2/5 rating in over 80+ tests. There was this test that I forgot to answer just 1 question, just 1 out of all those 80 tests. The company overreacted and gave me 1 star (understandable), and money was void(understandable) then they deactivated my account because I need to update my details. There is no need to update or deactivate, I just forgot to answer 1 question, don't over react. The app doesn't give notifications for available tests and I hope they will send money in local currency because PayPal's currency rate is just unjust. I hope they can be like respondent.io, you can reschedule your tests instead of cancelling. Will tell my company to change platforms, and it's a big company with 10k+ employees worldwide.
