UserTesting is the Only User Experience Feedback Tool in the FbStart Program

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., April 30, 2014 – Facebook has chosen UserTesting for its new FbStart program, a suite of business and technology services for mobile app startups. FbStart helps mobile startups at different stages in their lifecycles build and grow their apps by providing them with access to the right tools. UserTesting is the only user experience feedback tool in the program, which was announced April 30 at f8, Facebook’s Developers Conference, in San Francisco.

In addition to Facebook and UserTesting, the other services in the suite include Parse, Adobe,, and more.

“UserTesting is the fastest way for app developers to get user feedback, even before apps ship,” said Darrell Benatar, CEO of UserTesting. “A good user experience increases download numbers and drives user engagement. We look forward to helping FbStart developers make their apps more satisfying and easier to use.”

Members of FbStart will have access to UserTesting’s mobile app testing services, which allow developers to set up a user test in minutes and quickly get audio and video feedback on their apps from real users. The service works for Apple iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.
