I think the filtering options of the interview candidates shouldn't be limited to demographics. How interested they are in that industry should also be a topic of discussion.

UserTesting provides a wealth of insights about our clients and products. We were able to improve several services based on insights from UserTesting significantly

Once you launch your test, you get feedback in less than an hour (my target is not too narrow which also helps)

If I am watching a video and x out, when I go back to login to the platform to perform another task, it takes me back to the video and won't let me go to my dashboard

I would evaluate other platforms before deciding, UserTesting works for our company compared to others we have used.

We test new features on prototypes and get feedback before we fully create the new feature. BENEFIT: Create meaningful features that users like.

We've been using it for UX tests for a while & recently upgraded to use moderated interviews too

The observation feature seems to not work well, connection keeps breaking. that's why we use the zoom link for both researcher & observer

This is one of the best platforms I have ever used. You are able to apply for so many studies and they seem to come in through out the day consistly. They also have a lot of different pay-out amounts.

I don't like that you have apply for a lot to try and qualify for so few of opportunities. I do think they should have a lot more studies that are greared towards the average person. They seem to have a lot that are geared towards software engineers.

We are finding out what consumers want from us especially our clients. It is very important to know what clients are thinking and feeling about what they are getting from us.

Usertesting's speed to insight makes it our platform of choice. We trialed several similar products, but in terms of features and panel quality, Usertesting was head and shoulders above the rest.

Comms around changes to features could be better. We're often notified of new cool features, but sometimes features we use frequently are changed or even sometimes removed - it would be nice to know if the feature has been removed or moved elsewhere.

Ensure you understand each of the features offered within each package. We quickly realized that additional elements from other packages (e.g. bring your own users) would have been beneficial.

Usertesting is allow us to discover user problems we were otherwise unaware of, and then validate solutions against those problems. Usertesting allows us to do this quickly and easily.
