SAN FRANCISCO, Calif – April 25, 2019 – UserTesting, the leading on-demand Human Insight Platform, today announced the availability of Enhanced Metrics, visualizations of online behavioral data that enables decision makers to instantly identify key moments of insight and prioritize qualitative insights for further analysis. Enhanced Metrics are now available to premium subscription customers at no additional cost. UserTesting has also redesigned standard Metrics, providing a more visually appealing view of insights that enable customers to quickly surface patterns, identify outliers and pinpoint areas that warrants immediate attention.

According to TechValidate, UserTesting customers revealed that human insights helped businesses drive faster, more confident decision-making. Seventy-nine percent of customers said that this was the top benefit when feedback was built in to their processes. And seventy percent of those surveyed said that UserTesting has helped them identify “quick wins” that, once addressed, led to fast ROI.

With visualizations of click-paths, Enhanced Metrics enables customers to better understand the actions of their users as they complete critical tasks and to pinpoint moments of friction and moments of delight. Enhanced Metrics help decision makers quickly learn when their customers had difficulty navigating web properties or rated an experience poorly, as well as discovering where testers experienced “ah-ha” moments.
