In order to exceed your customers’ expectations, you have to put yourself in their shoes. Building amazing experiences that delight is no easy feat, and because the customer experience spans many different touchpoints across an organization, there’s not just one role or player in the company responsible for driving the experience outcomes. There are many different contributors across teams and departments that have their hands in building customer-centric programs and interactions.
