I required some basic assistance on how…
I required some basic assistance on how to change my username. Although its a bit of a let down not being able to do it myself, it was however very easy to request the change. The chat bot was quick to assist, there is no delay and it is very straight forward.

This platform is very easy to use. It also has many different types of tests and questions.

Very easy to use and has lots of types of test and questions.

I wish they can enable me to conduct the focus group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set up the moderated and unmoderated tests with users on this platform. For the unmoderated test, the format is very smart and can lots of my time.

I wish a 0 star rating was possible
Its sad that this is probably the best usability testing site out there but at the same time they are the WORST when it comes to tester support. They care %90 about their clients and %10 about the testers who make their site function.
-There is no phone support for testers. When you call them the prompts lead you to go to the website for tester support.
-When you contact through the website you are waiting at least 1 month minimum for a response and that's if they respond at all.
-And then when you are lucky enough to get a response its usually a cut and paste generic response that they send to everyone with a similar issue that a lot of times doesnt even answer your question or the issue. So then you have to reply and wait weeks or months to get a reply or no reply at all. Its just terrible.
Another issue is their rating system. The amount of screeners you get is based off of your rating. Higher average ratings leads to more screeners which is more opportunities for tests. Only your last 12 ratings count towards your average. But their system is flawed.
- Their customers do not have to leave a rating, its optional. Most of them do not leave a rating. As of right now I have completed exactly 300 tests. Of those 300 it shows I've been rated on 22 of them. Of those 22, 20 of them have been 5 stars and 2 of them 4 stars. Seeing this you would think you are doing very good. But then after seeing my rating drop 3 times over a 4 week period but not see any new ratings I found out that they allow their clients to leave HIDDEN ratings. How does a hidden rating help the tester in knowing what they did good or bad on?
-Another problem with their rating system is that is someone does rate you they dont have to leave a comment. I believe any rating lower than a 5 needs some feedback. They only automatically review 1 and 2 star ratings. So that means a customer can rate you a 3 and 4 star and leave the rating HIDDEN and there's nothing a tester can do but see their average rating go down and have no clue why or what they did wrong. This is very discouraging since the number of opportunities you get to make money is directly tied to your rating.
Its very frustrating to see opportunities disappear for no reason. I went from averaging over $400 a month consistently to now just over $200 simply because my average rating has dropped almost a full point. Even though when looking at my ratings they are all 5 and 4 stars with my last 12 that I see that count to the rating are 11(5 stars) and 1 (4 star) , that absolutely makes no sense.

Absolutely no tester/participant…
Absolutely no tester/participant support. Completed a 60 min session. The website apparently crashed and did not receive credit for completing session. Tried emailing, calling, and direct messaging support but no response. Phone number redirects any support questions back to website. Very concerning that they don’t care about the very people that contribute to their business line.

Great for me!
Maybe it depends on the industry you work in but I've found it great! Been a member for years, loads of successful tests and payments and also done a few live and longer tests (where the big money is).
Of course you get a lot more surveys that end in you not being eligible for doing a paid test but that's expected when they're looking for people with certain backgrounds. I would be useless commenting on home grocery delivery as I've never done it, just for example!

It's been more than one month since I…
It's been more than one month since I have been accepted as a test participant for UserTesting. Still didn't got a single payed test. All I'm getting is some surveys telling that I will get payed tests in the future. But that never happens. I'm very much disappointed.

Not been So Lucky
Not been So Lucky. Signed up since December, Haven't received a single test from PC or Mobile. Temporarily demoralized at the moment, might try again in the near future.
