I loved to work along UserTesting for nearly six months, but recently my user rating has gone down from 5.0 to 3.7 without any bad reviews from our clients, I have reported this issue three to four times, but I have not received a proper response. Even all the tests which I have completed successfully have never been given rating. I just want to get back to get more tests to provide better valuable feedback to our clients. I believe the response team provides me a reason why my rating has gone down, so I could improve on any faults committed, if any, kindly do the needful, Thank you.
