This site is a great way to help site owners and learn about new products and websites while testing. There is panel, update, response and care. If you qualify for a test which might take time because there are so many other applicants maybe thousands, you don’t expect a fast feedback on your test. The number of tests you receive depends on your overall score, the more credible your profile and feedback is the higher your ratings will get when customer review your test and then more tests to come. Tests below 3 are always reviewed by the moderators and if the customer has given a bad score and it wasn’t justified your score will not be affected and they will clear it, I have had two clients give me 1 star and the reviewer cleared it because it wasn’t justified. In other times you might get 3/4/5. You need to work on only taking what you know and do, don’t try to take something or deliver anything less than what you want for yourself or it will affect your score, if you continue to take tests you are not qualified for, you will be removed from the panel. Do not share your profile with anyone or you will be removed from the panel. If during a test I find the site not working, I cancel and inform them, sometimes they respond quickly and others can’t due to the heavy load on the site. Payments are always on time and never missed and it’s 7 days from the day of your test. The only thing I’m not very happy with is the type of questions I sometimes get before getting qualified and recently a test will no longer appear within seconds. So in overall you will be able to get tests and be heard! Customers are generally kind and give good ratings when you genuinely give your best, one customer brought me to tears with what they wrote because I was having a very bad day and their comment lifted my spirit.
