This is an easy way to make some extra money, but I have run into an issue multiple times while uploading a completed test on my Android mobile device, with the test crashing, not showing in the list of completed tests, or showing as Processing for over a month. Each time I have reported the issue and received no response from UserTesting support, and no payment for the completed tests, even after reporting the same issue multiple times. I have deleted the app from my phone and no longer complete tests that way due to this problem, and I have lost interest in completing tests on the site in case I were to experience the same.
