I required some basic assistance on how…
I required some basic assistance on how to change my username. Although its a bit of a let down not being able to do it myself, it was however very easy to request the change. The chat bot was quick to assist, there is no delay and it is very straight forward.

This platform is very easy to use. It also has many different types of tests and questions.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and has lots of types of test and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they can enable me to conduct the focus group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set up the moderated and unmoderated tests with users on this platform. For the unmoderated test, the format is very smart and can lots of my time.

Not a great experience
I never get any tests and when I fill out the SurveyMonkey forms to check for suitabiity you have to open a new tab to get back to the site. UserTesting should have people test/review their site.

Eliminating studies
It would be nice if I studies I screened out of would not appear in the list anymore. It makes the list cluttered. Also, if I had the option to mark a study to not show anymore. For example, there was a study for Pennsylvania that I wouldn't qualify for, but it kept showing up.

Hello, I have been a tester with you guys for 3 years now and I really enjoy testing websites and I appreciate the opportunity to take tests however in the last year the help from customer service has changed drastically. When I leave a test because of a technical issue, often I do not get a reply that the problem has been registered and I do not get any reply at all about the tests and no money for the time spent. Also by not having an acknowledgment email from you, it is difficult to follow up/chase so I use the chat feature which it does give me the chance to contact customer service but I can count the few times you actually acknowledged my messages sent via the chat. In the past you used to let me know that it might take 7 days for a reply and I accepted it and eventually you replied and paid me for the time spent if applicable, and this is the reason why I am giving you 2 stars with the hope that there will be an improvement!

barely any tests available
One week after being verified and having completed all the lessons, having had the tab open for the entirety of that week - I got only ONE test that required a VR headset connected to a mobile device, no tests later... I don't think it's worth wasting your time even hoping to get a test

In the beggining i was getting tests…
In the beggining i was getting tests sent daily to my email and i was getting paid as well about the middle of december my tests came to a stop and have not received anymore quiet happy with it but i dont understand why they stopped sending me tests..I have been earning $1 per test but read that they have $10 ones as well how do i go about getting more tests i am still interested in doing these but they are not sending them to me anymore

So far so good
I've been on UserTesting for 3 months now and in my view it's been a trustworthy website so far. They pay out fair and square in 7 days after the test has been completed. If you're someone who has experience / knowledge of many areas you will qualify for greater amounts of tests. I would say you also have to be quick, as the test are frequently no longer available, sometimes even after seconds.
Whereas my overall experience has been good so far, I have experienced a number of technical issues with test uploads and the test prototypes, as well as reporting errors. This can be quite frustrating if you just spent half an hour recording a test and then you are unable to upload it or send an error report to UserTesting. The customer service however has responded to my reports every time in a timely manner, sometime even offering some compensation.
It may not be a site for everyone, but it most definitely is a legitimate site were you can make an extra buck or two.

I saw this company on GMA back in…
I saw this company on GMA back in December and thought I'd give it a try. Yeah I don't qualify for a lot of the tests but I still have been able to take tests. I liked it so much I thought I'd try a couple other testing sites. My experience with those other sites are not great. One you do a survey and then wait to know if you qualify, another one when you take the tests the instructions are so bad you don't know you moved past the step till you go to the next step, and the 3rd one well lets say I'm still waiting to see what it's like.
As a side hustle it really isn't bad. I'm on my computer a lot for work and I'm usually on it while I'm doing stuff for my club. To me it's a way to earn extra money for thing I want so I don't get upset if I don't quality for every test.
The site and the App is really easy to us and give you a guide every time to make sure you know how to use it. I really like the App on my cell it really helps to set the phone up for the testing.
